At Live Healthy Hoosiers we are dedicated to help individuals become empowered to take personal responsibility for their own health. Group exercise classes are a great way to get the most out of your workout and build confidence and energy. Fitness classes are lead by certified instructors who will take your workouts to the next level. 


LHH offers a variety of Group Fitness classes fro every fitness level and every interest. Our current class offerings include: Zumba, Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation, and Circuit Bootcamp. 

Cooking Demonstrations

At Live Healthy Hoosiers we love sharing our passion for healthy and delicious food! Cooking Demonstrations show you step-by-step how to plan, prepare and execute healthy meals that taste amazing. 

These interactiev and informative demonstrations are great for corporate lunch hours or dinner parties with friends. Recipes, instructions, and ingredients are included.

Join a Meal Prepping Workshop to prepare 5 delicious and healthy meals that you can freeze and quickly cook up for dinner because all of the prep work will be done! This workshop will show you step-by-step how to plan and prepare meals to meet your healthy eating goals. 

All prepping for five meals done in one session helps save money on your grocery budget and provide the motivation and social support needed to eat healthier. Recipes, instructions, most ingredients and freezer bags included.
