This educational-based, scientifically proven lifestyle intervention program helps people in a group setting make lasting lifestyle and health behavior changes.
CHIP is a lifestyle education program that will help you make long-lasting changes by teaching you the tools you need to make improvements in your health and reduce your risk of chronic disease. The program is facilitated over 12-18 Sessions (30-90 days) in a group environment. During each of the sessions, you will learn the principles and tools of optimal nutrition, effective exercise, and behavioral psychology.

Pre and post health-risk assessment
Weekly local facilitated group session with materials presented by CHIP certified facilitators
A comprehensive toolkit containing a workbook, reference book, cookbook, water bottle and pedometer
